Further to its letter dated 5th September, 2025, informing about the superannuation of the existing Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Rajeev Sikand and appointment of Sumit Bhatnagar in his place, Alicon Castalloy has informed that effective from closing of the business hours of 31st March, 2026, Rajeev Sikand has relinquished the position of Chief Executive Officer and Sumit Bhatnagar, CEO – Designate has taken-over the charge as Chief Executive Officer. Sumit Bhatnagar is the Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel in pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2015 read with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with effect from closing of business hours of 31st March, 2026. The above is in pursuance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Information pertaining to Sumit Bhatnagar and Rajeev Sikand as required in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular(s) issued in this regard, are enclosed as Annexures 1 and 2.
