Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations, 2015’), Elitecon International has submitted disclosure regarding the ex-parte interim order passed by Securities and Exchange Board of India (referred to as the ‘SEBI’), on the Company dated March 30, 2026 under sub-sections (1) and (4) of section 11 and sub-section (1) of section 11b of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992.
