Oriental Bank of Commerce gets nod for raising capital via equity shares

Oriental Bank of Commerce’s board of directors at its meeting held on October 30, 2013, has approved the proposal regarding raising of capital by way of preferential allotment of equity shares in favour of Government of India amounting to Rs 150 crore .

Oriental Bank of Commerce is a Government of India undertaking whose business activities includes monetary intermediation of commercial banks, saving banks and discount houses.
