The proposed hotel will comprise 59 key rooms and is planned to be developed as a 4-star category property, which will operate under the brand name ‘Enrise’ by Sayaji. This agreement aligns with the company’s strategic expansion plans in key markets across India and is expected to further strengthen its presence in the southern region.
