Persistent Systems’ consolidated net profit rises 34% in Q4

Persistent Systems has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 49.60% rise in its net profit at Rs 420.39 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 281.01 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 25.73% at Rs 4020.17 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 3197.45 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 33.73% rise in its net profit at Rs 529.26 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 395.76 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 25.42% at Rs 4089.43 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 3260.47 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 44.63% rise in its net profit at Rs 1634.87 crore as compared to Rs 1130.38 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 22.79% at Rs 14595.08 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 11885.93 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 33.21% rise in its net profit at Rs 1865.12 crore as compared to Rs 1400.16 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 23.62% to Rs 14928.88 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 12076.87 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
