RBL Bank reports near three-fold jump in Q4 consolidated net profit

RBL Bank has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The bank has reported over three-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 229.71 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 68.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the bank has increased by 7.01% at Rs 4,789.21 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 4,475.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the bank has reported near three-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 244.42 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 86.99 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the bank increased by 7.00% at Rs 4,791.36 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 4,477.91 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the bank has reported 18.27% rise in its net profit at Rs 822.44 crore as compared to Rs 695.37 crore for the previous year. The total income of the bank has increased by 3.43% at Rs 18,456.95 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 17,845.25 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the bank has reported 22.59% rise in its net profit at Rs 879.05 crore as compared to Rs 717.06 crore for the previous year. The total income of the bank increased by 3.62% at Rs 18,463.93 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 17,819.49 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
