The meeting will be convened to discuss and deliberate on various business matters essential for general corporate purposes, including, the following: 1. To consider and approve the Audited standalone Financial Results of the company for the half year and financial year ended 31st March 2026; 2. To review and adopt Internal Audit Report; and 3. To deliberate and undertake any other business matters deemed necessary for general corporate purposes. Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and Code of fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information', the trading window for the Designated Persons shall remain closed from Tuesday, April 1, 2026, till expiry of 48 hours of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.
