RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems' subsidiary -- Brahmanand Pipes has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra during the ‘Kumbha Udyog 2026 - Nashik District Investment Summit’. Under the said MoU, Brahmanand Pipes has proposed an investment commitment of around Rs 100 crore for expansion and development activities in the State of Maharashtra, subject to necessary approvals, feasibility assessments and implementation terms.
The proposed investment is intended towards strengthening the manufacturing and operational capabilities of the subsidiary and supporting future business growth opportunities. The aforesaid MoU is in the nature of a preliminary understanding expressing the intent of investment and cooperation and does not constitute a definitive binding agreement for allotment of incentives or approvals.
