The discussions during the meetings will be based on publicly available information and no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be shared. The schedule of the aforesaid visit is subject to change due to exigencies on the part of the Investors or the Company. In case of revision of Schedule, the same shall be communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
