Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation to its earlier letter dated May 03, 2026, ADR Marketplace has informed that the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’), has approved the change in name of the Company from ‘Jetmall Spices and Masala’ to ‘Artemis ADR Marketplace’, with effect from May 11, 2026. The name of the Company, thus, stands amended to ‘Artemis ADR Marketplace’ with effect from May 11, 2026. Certificate of Incorporation issued by MCA is attached as Annexure A the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stands altered to the extent of the change of name of the Company. Brief details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are annexed as Annexure B.
