Jayant Agro-Organics inks pact to acquire stake in Vithal Castor Polyols

Jayant Agro-Organics has entered into agreement for acquisition of shares of Vithal Castor Polyols (VCPL). This acquisition will enhance operational synergies, enable more focused operations, and demonstrate the company’s greater commitment. The acquisition will also result in a more streamlined ownership structure and enable the company to better adapt to evolving market dynamics.

The acquisition is expected to be completed immediately following the satisfaction of the conditions specified in the Share Purchase Agreement. Cost of acquisition is Rs 25.37 crore.

Jayant Agro-Organics is an emerging global oleochemical company with leadership in the castor-based specialty chemicals industry.
