Emrock Corporation has received approval for incorporation of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in association with other partner(s). The proposed LLP shall engage in the business of pharmaceutical products, healthcare solutions, trading, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, import/export and allied activities in the pharmaceutical domain.
The company proposes to hold 50.50% stake/profit-sharing ratio in the said LLP. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 12, 2026 has approved same.
Emrock Corporation is engaged in trading of Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) and Real Estate Development (including projects undertaken on right to generate TDR).
