Jaihind Industries has incorporated a subsidiary in India named Wellness & Medicial Oasisz with shareholding of 78% which is registered with the Registrar of Companies as per Certificate of Incorporation dated May 13, 2026.
The acquisition has been made with the objective of expanding the company’s presence in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector through its subsidiary, Wellness & Medicial Oasisz. The investment will enable the company to explore opportunities in hospital infrastructure, medical services, wellness, healthcare management and allied activities.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen the company’s long-term business portfolio and create growth opportunities in the healthcare industry.
Jaihind Industries (formerly known as Jaihind Synthetics) is engaged in the business of manufacturing, dealing, exporting, brokering, agency, distribution, dyeing, printing, and bleaching of all types of textile fibers, yarn, cloth, cotton, woolen, worsted materials, silk, garments, and handicrafts. The Company also undertakes twisting, doubling, texturizing, and crimping of polyester yarn, silk, cotton, and blended yarn.
