Worldwide Leather Exports has decided to close its manufacturing unit at Gurgaon. The order position in the company has reduced considerably due to the world depressed economy. Also due to the steep price rise in India, competition has become even more steep. Requisite notice of closure has been issued.
Worldwide Leather Exports was incorporated as a private limited company on June 26, 1990 in the name of Ashiana Buildtech (India) and was later on converted into a public limited company with effect from January 15, 1992. The company deals in apparel, garments and fashion clothing & accessories, footwear, leather or suede clothing, shoe upper fabrics, fabric wholesalers, etc.
