The application was filed in connection with the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation / Merger between Chanderpur Industries Pvt Ltd- Transferor Company and Scan Projects - Transferee Company and their respective shareholders and creditors. A downloaded copy of the said NCLT Order was received/uploaded on the NCLT website on 21.05.2026 at 17:40.
