Further, the Trading Window of the Company, has been already closed for all the designated persons/employees of the Company (including their immediate relatives) with effect from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31st, 2026.
