Jaysynth Orgochem has received approval for incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in Hong Kong. The WOS is proposed to be incorporated with the primary objective to support the company’s trading activities such as procurement functions and opportunities for exports of company’s products. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on May 27, 2026 has approved the same.
Jaysynth Orgochem (formerly known as JD Orgochem) is engaged in manufacturing and trading of dyes, pigment, ink and trading in inkjet printers.
