Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Jaysynth Orgochem has informed that the Board of Directors of the company, at their meeting held today 27th May, 2026, accorded their approval for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in Hong Kong to support the Company’s trading activities such as procurement functions and opportunities for exports of Company’s products. The disclosures required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Part A of Schedule III of the Regulations and relevant SEBI Circulars are provided in Annexure - 1.
