Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) and applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with all applicable circulars on the matter issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘Circulars’), it has enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement published on Tuesday, 02 June 2026 in the newspapers: Free Press (English Daily) Choutha Sansar (Vernacular Language). In compliance with the circulars, the Notice of the EGM will be sent in due course to the shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the Depository Participant/ the Company. Further, the newspaper advertisements will also be hosted on the website of the Company www.brginfra.com.
