Accordingly, her name shall be recorded as ‘Mrs. Mohini Agarwal’ in place of ‘Ms. Mohini Singhal’ in the records of the Company and the Stock Exchange. The aforesaid change pertains solely to her last name and shall have no bearing on her designation, duties, responsibilities, authority, employment status, or role as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. For identification and record purposes, copies of the supporting documents evidencing the change in last name are enclosed.
