In continuance of earlier submission dated 17th October, 2025 vide acknowledgement number 11161327 and Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 30A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Novelix Pharmaceuticals has informed that the Company has entered into an agreement with GMBU e.V., Halle (Saale), Germany for the production scale up of Astaxanthin at commercial level at the company’s research facilities in Hyderabad, India after the success of pilot scale production. The necessary information as required to be disclosed in this regard in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A.
