Juniper Hotels has executed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Juniper Hospitality Assets (JHAPL) and JHAPL’s shareholders to acquired entire stake in JHAPL. Post this acquisition, JHAPL will become wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The acquisition is aimed at developing a 5 Star Hotel property on land parcel in Dwarka, New Delhi, admeasuring around 2.524 acre.
Earlier, the board of directors of the company, at its meeting held on May 21, 2026, had approved the same.
Juniper Hotels constructs, builds, erects, acquires, purchases, establishes, administrates, manages, runs, or in any manner and in all respects deal in hotels and lodging houses of every kind and description, including all conveniences, amenities and facilities relating or adjunct thereto.
