Alfavision Overseas (India) has informed that the disclosure pertaining to resignation of Independent Director did not contain the resignation letter as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, the company submitted the following: The Company acknowledges the observation made by the Exchange. Due to an inadvertent oversight, the resignation letter of the Independent Director was not attached along with the disclosure submitted on May 30, 2026. In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the aforesaid SEBI Circular, the Company has submitted a fresh corporate announcement through the BSE Listing Centre enclosing the resignation letter of the Independent Director and all other applicable details.
