Ikoma Technologies has received approval to acquire 51% stake of ICM Insurance Brokers. The cost of acquisition will be around Rs 29.92 crore. The said acquisition is to be completed within 90 days subject to necessary approvals, consents, permissions and sanctions, as may be required. The board of directors of the company at their meeting held on June 05, 2026 has approved the same.
Through this acquisition, the company proposes to expand its business operations into allied and complementary activities in line with its long-term growth strategy. The proposed expansion is expected to enhance business opportunities, diversify operations, and create value for stakeholders.
Ikoma Technologies (Formerly known as Vuenow Infratech) operates in the business of buying and selling data centers. Additionally, it is involved in operating and maintaining these data centers, as well as providing them on lease to clients.
