In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Simplex Castings has informed hat Shailesh Jain, (DIN: 02753322) Independent Director of the Company, vide his letter dated 5th June, 2026, has tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours on 5th June, 2026. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company place on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Shailesh Jain during his association with the Company as an Independent Director. Further, the details as required in terms of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure I and copy of the letter of resignation received from Shailesh Jain is Annexed.
