Migration of the listing and trading of the equity shares of the Company from the SME Platform of BSE to the Main Board of BSE and listing of the equity shares on the Main Board of the National Stock Exchange of India, subject to the receipt of requisite approvals and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; 2. Approval of the Postal Ballot Notice seeking the approval of the members for the aforesaid migration of the listing and trading of the equity shares of the Company from the SME Platform of BSE to the Main Board of BSE and listing on the Main Board of the National Stock Exchange of India; 3. Any other matter(s) with the permission of the Chair.
