Bhageria Industries has informed that the Company has been making prompt and timely disclosures of all events/information that may have a bearing on its operations or performance, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (SEBI Listing Regulations). At present, to the best of knowledge, there are no events/information that are material or required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations which may have a bearing on the operations or performance of the Company and have not been disclosed. Accordingly, the observed increase in trading volume appears to be purely market driven.
