S.P. Apparels has entered into a Loan Agreement with S.P. Apparels (UK) (P), a Wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company, for its business and operations. Under the loan agreement, the company will provide an unsecured loan of up to a maximum limit of 40,00,000 Great British Pound to its wholly owned subsidiary. The loan shall be payable on demand or within three years, whichever is earlier.
