S.P. Apparels has entered into a Loan Agreement with S.P. Apparels (UK) (P), a Wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company, for its business and operations. Under the loan agreement, the company will provide an unsecured loan of up to a maximum limit of 40,00,000 Great British Pound to its wholly owned subsidiary. The loan shall be payable on demand or within three years, whichever is earlier.

S.P. Apparels is a leading manufacturer and exporter of knitted garments for infants and children in India. These are manufactured at its integrated facilities that allow it to provide end-to-end garment manufacturing services from greige fabric to finished products.
