Kennametal India has informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and aligning with the practices at Kennametal Inc., the ultimate Holding Company of the company (‘KIL’), the Trading Window of KIL will be closed from June 16, 2026 until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ending June 30, 2026. Further, the date of Board Meeting for considering the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ending June 30, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
