Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, H S India has informed that Shiladitya Mukherjee, Associate Vice President, Senior Management Personnel of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has tendered his resignation of the Company with immediate effect from 15.06.2026. Disclosure with regard to change in Senior Management Personnel is enclosed. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Shiladitya Mukherjee that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other that those provided in the resignation letter.
