EIH Associated Hotels has informed that the Company has fixed Tuesday, 28th July 2026 as the record date for determining the list of eligible shareholders to receive the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26, if approved at the Forty Third (43rd) Annual General Meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 04 th August, 2026. Payment of such dividend is subject to deduction of tax at source and will be made on or before Monday, 31st August 2026.
