The details of above Orders as required under Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure-A. The said information will also be uploaded on the website of the Company https://www.mahindrairrigation.com. The Company received orders for this contract on 15th June 2026 at around 09.45 am.
