Rajesh Power Services has informed that the Company has received order from Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) for Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning works for ‘Construction of 220kV SC line through Underground Cable from 400/220/132/33kV GSS Mendhasal to 220/132/33kV GIS GSS Chandaka-B along with 01 number of 220kV AIS bay extension at GSS Mendhasal & 01 number of 220kV GIS bay extension at Chandaka-B’ on EPC contract basis. This order marks the Company's entry into the State of Odisha, expanding its geographical footprint and strengthening its presence in the eastern region of India. The project is also among the largest orders secured by the Company in the transmission segment, representing a significant milestone in its growth journey. The award further reinforces the confidence reposed in the Company by leading power transmission utilities and reflects its proven capabilities in executing complex transmission infrastructure projects on an EPC basis. The order strengthens the Company's order book and is expected to contribute meaningfully to its long-term growth and execution pipeline. The aforesaid order has been received in the normal course of business. In accordance with the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI MASTER CIRCULAR no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, the details of the said orders are enclosed as Annexure A.
