In continuation to intimation dated June 03, 2026, DEE Development Engineers has submitted the Corrigendum to the Notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 01:00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). A Corrigendum has been issued to inform the Shareholders of the Company regarding the changes in Item No. 1 of the EGM Notice. The same is enclosed. All other particulars and details mentioned in the EGM Notice shall remain unchanged. The Corrigendum shall be read in conjunction with the EGM Notice dated June 03, 2026, together with Explanatory Statement.
