Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, Ajax Engineering has informed that Rajan Wadhera (DIN: 00416429) vide resignation letter dated June 18, 2026 has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours of June 18, 2026, citing personal reason. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Company. While taking note of the above, the Board of Directors of the Company placed on record deep appreciation for the valuable contributions and guidance provided by Rajan Wadhera during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 and Schedule III of Listing Regulation 2015 and applicable SEBI circular, are given in Annexure - I. The letter of resignation received from Rajan Wadhera is enclosed as Annexure - II.
