Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015’), and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals has informed that Palak Jain have tendered his resignation as a Company Secretary (CS), Compliance Officer (CO) and key managerial personnel of the Company with effect from close of business hours of June 19, 2026. The resignation letter received from Palak Jain is also enclosed. The Board of Directors of the Company has noted the same and placed on record its sincere appreciation for the contribution made by Palak Jain during his tenure as a Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and key managerial personnel with the Company.
