Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘the Listing Regulations’), Integra Engineering India has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, July 11, 2026 to Friday, July 17, 2026 for the purpose of the 44th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 3:00 pm (IST) through Video Conference (‘VC’) / Other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’). Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Friday, July 10, 2026 as the cut-off date to enable Shareholders to exercise their right of remote e-voting during the e-voting period or to attend and vote during the AGM in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities Exchange Board of India.
