Cravatex has informed that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window in respect of the Company's securities will remain closed from 15 July, 2026 for designated persons and their dependents and they shall not deal in securities of the Company till the opening of the trading window, which shall be 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June, 2026.
