Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Viceroy Hotelshas informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.07.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of standalone and consolidated unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ending 30.06.2026 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The Board Meeting will be scheduled, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ending 30.06.2026. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
