Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Triveni Enterprises has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, KMP, Promoters, Designated Persons/employees and their immediate relatives as covered under the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from July 01, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2026. Accordingly, they are advised not to trade in shares of the company during closure of trading window. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2026 shall be informed in due course.
