Prudential Sugar Corporation has informed that in pursuance of SEBI (PTI) Reg., 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from June 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the public announcement through Board of Directors in their Meeting held for announcing the Unaudited Financial Result for the 1st Quarter ended on June 30, 2026 along with other matter for which trading window is required to be closed. The Board Meeting data to approve the Unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the 1st Quarter Ended on June 30, 2026 will be informed in due course. All Promoters/designated/connected persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
