In case, trading window end date is on trading holiday then trading window will remain closed till next succeeding day which is not a trading holiday. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2026 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons i.e. Promoters, Members of Promoter Group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Identified Employees/ Persons of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and all Connected Persons including but not limited to the persons specified in the Code of Conduct are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
