Agreement for Purchase of property from H.R. Heights (Partnership Firm) to the company has executed on 24th June, 2026. Details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule III thereof and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.
