Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vishal Fabrics has informed that a fire incident occurred at the Company’s factory, located at Ranipur, Narol Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 382405, India, at approximately 11:00 AM on June 23, 2026. The fire was caused by a spark in the plug. No casualties or injuries to any individuals were reported as a result of this incident. The fire was promptly brought under control within a couple of hours, with no disruption to operations, and normal operations were fully restored on the same day. The plant is adequately insured, and the Insurance Company has been duly notified. The Company remains in compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
