In terms of ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders shall remain closed from, 1st July, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for first Quarter ending on 30th June, 2026. The trading window shall open after the 48 hours of declaration of said results. The date of Board meeting to consider, Un-Audited Financial Results for first Quarter ending on 30th June, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
