Raymond has informed that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons of the Company read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ending June 30, 2026 (‘Financial Results’). The date of announcement of the Financial Results shall be informed in due course. Further, pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated July 19, 2023 and April 21, 2025 respectively, the PAN of Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be freezed by National Securities Depository (Designated Depository) for trading in securities of the Company during the said window closure period.
