The aforesaid newspaper advertisement was made in compliance with relevant General Circulars issued by MCA, that the 10th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the members of the Bank will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 03.30 pm IST through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means to transact the businesses that will be set forth in the Notice of the AGM. A copy of the newspaper advertisement is enclosed. This intimation will also be available on the website of the Bank www.ujjivansfb.bank.in.
