SMT Engineering informs about resignation of CFO in unlisted material subsidiary

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), SMT Engineering has informed that Yash Patel, tendered his resignation, with effect from June 29, 2026, from the office of Chief Financial Officer of Sai Machine Tools, an unlisted material - wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, citing reason as stated in the enclosed resignation letter. Details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure-A.
