Accordingly, the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to trade in the equity shares of the Company during the above-mentioned period of closure of trading window. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2026, shall be informed separately.
