Vaidyanathan as the Internal Auditor of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on 30th June 2026, upon conclusion of his term as the Group Chief Internal Auditor of Mahindra & Mahindra, Holding Company; Appointment of Vimal Agarwal as the Internal Auditor of the Company with effect from 1st July, 2026, who has been appointed as the Group Chief Internal Auditor of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Holding Company, effective 1st July, 2026. The details as required under the SEBI LODR Master Circular, are attached as ‘Annexure A’ to this intimation. The Board meeting commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 11:15 AM.
